"I had the pleasure of attending a yoga retreat (my first one ever!) and can honestly say that it had both a nourishing and rejuvenating impact on me. It was an opportunity to give myself permission to disengage from the everyday, calm my mind and listen to my heart, and just take care of me for a change! We had classes on nutrition, yoga, meditation, essential oils and also had a chance to get back to nature with a walk in the woods. Along the way I met new people and left the weekend feeling part of another family…it was an intimate bonding experience. I’ve already signed up for the next retreat – I can’t wait!"
